Venue Spotlight – The Crown, Belmont, Masonic & Keady Clachan
Rounding off our Venue Spotlight features, we’re delighted to welcome some new venues to the Festival Family this year.
Smaller and more intimate venues, if you want to relax and take in the music, maybe take a breather…they all have some great acts lined up !

The Crown Bar, Irish Green Street – Sat @ 4pm
“The Crown” – located on Irish Green Street, and playing host to the splendid “Hot Tamales” featuring the fine guitar picking and harmony vocals of Allan Nicholl & John McFall on Saturday afternoon, in a nice pre-teatime slot to ease you into the evening.

The Masonic, Linenhall Street / Main Street – Sat @ 4pm
“The Masonic” – located at the top of Main Street, on the corner with Linenhall Street, and playing host to “Get Rhythm“, fronted by Paul Buckley, kicking off at 4pm. Get yourselves along to this magnificent & historic venue – all visitors welcome !

The Keady Clachan – Errol & Ted – Sat night
“Keady Clachan” – a rural location, but only a short taxi ride away, this family run establishment plays host to the wonderful “Error Errol Walsh & Ted Ponsonby”, making a welcome, if misnomered, return to the Festival. You’re guaranteed to receive a warm welcome at the Clachan, so why not escape the crowds and try something unique ?

The Belmont, Linenhall Street – Maeve Dunphy – Sat @ 8pm
“The Belmont” – finally back to town in Linenhall Street, where you can catch the singing, songwriting, and acoustic guitar playing of the extremely talented “Maeve Dunphy“, from 8pm onwards.
