To ease you gently into the day, here’s a beautiful rendition of “Danny Boy” by Irish group, Carmina.

Carmina were commissioned to record a centenary version of the songs by the descendents of Fred Weatherly – this was recorded in the beautiful Castalia Hall in Co. Kilkenny and has been given coverage by the BBC and by Tyrone Productions in Ulster.
